While rare, some clients may experience sensitivity to eyelash glue, especially if it’s not suited to their eye type. If you are prone to eye allergies or have experienced allergic reactions in the past, for health reasons, we do not recommend that you get lash extensions.

After 4 weeks, the natural lash cycle means many of your extensions have either grown out or shed. This disrupts the uniform look that a refill is meant to achieve, making it less effective. To ensure both the best aesthetic result and the health of your natural lashes, we require a new application rather than a refill.
