- 01Yes. You can select your preferred technician during booking, based on availability. This helps us give you a more personalized experience and the lash look you want.
- 02Lash extensions typically last about a month, but most clients get refills every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full look. If it’s been over four weeks, a full set is recommended for better longevity and lash health.
- 03No, using an eyelash curler can damage both your extensions and natural lashes. Our lash extensions are pre-curled to provide the perfect lift and shape, so no extra tools are needed!
- 04Yes, contacts are safe to wear during your appointment. They can help reduce eye redness from adhesive fumes, but bringing eye drops is recommended for extra comfort afterward.
- 05Avoid using mascara, especially on Volume lashes, as it can cause clumping and damage. However, oil-free makeup around the eyes is safe to use with extensions.
- 06Yes, appointments are required to ensure dedicated service. Contact us or book online to secure your spot for a flawless lash experience.
- 07Classic lashes involve applying one extension per natural lash for a soft, natural look. Volume lashes use multiple lightweight extensions per natural lash for a fuller, more dramatic effect.
- 08To extend the life of your lash extensions, avoid water and steam for 24 hours(at least 8 hours), use oil-free cleansers, and refrain from rubbing your eyes. Swimming requires goggles, and excessive sweating or using lash growth serums may speed up lash shedding.
- 09At A+ ILash Studio, we use professional and stable adhesives that meet the needs of the vast majority of our clients. All our adhesives are latex-free and formaldehyde-free, ensuring a safe and comfortable lash experience.
- 10We offer a variety of lash styles, including Popular, Elegant, Open, and Cat Eye Extensions. Each look is customized to match your unique style and preference.
- 11Yes! We welcome clients from other salons for refills. Our technicians will assess your current extensions to ensure compatibility and deliver the best results for you.
- 12While rare, some clients may experience sensitivity to eyelash glue, especially if it’s not suited to their eye type. If you are prone to eye allergies or have experienced allergic reactions in the past, for health reasons, we do not recommend that you get lash extensions.
- 13After 4 weeks, the natural lash cycle means many of your extensions have either grown out or shed. This disrupts the uniform look that a refill is meant to achieve, making it less effective. To ensure both the best aesthetic result and the health of your natural lashes, we require a new application rather than a refill.
- 14At A Plus ILash Studio, classic full set start at $119, while Mega volume lfull set can cost up to $260. Refills, needed every 2-3 weeks, range from $50 to $115. Most 2-3 week refills are priced between $70 and $90. We offer better value and affordable lash extensions.
