Beautiful brows do not have to look identical on every person. At A+ iLash Studio, brow lamination is designed around your natural hair direction, brow density, facial balance, and preferred finish—whether you want a soft polished shape, a fuller fluffy look, or a more defined arch.

Available at both our Seattle and Redmond studios, our Brow Lamination service includes professional shaping and tint for a complete, customized result. The service is $100, and results typically last about 4–6 weeks with proper aftercare.

What Is Brow Lamination?

Brow lamination is a semi-permanent styling treatment that softens and redirects natural eyebrow hairs, allowing them to be brushed into a more balanced shape and set in place. It can make brows appear smoother, fuller, and more organized without adding extensions or using permanent pigment.

Think of it as customized direction control for your natural brow hairs. Hairs that grow downward, cross over one another, or sit flat can be repositioned to create better coverage and a cleaner outline. The finished effect can be subtle and natural or more lifted and fluffy, depending on your preference.

A Customized Brow—Not One Shape for Everyone

Professional brow lamination is not simply brushing every hair straight upward. The direction, lift, and outline should complement the client. During your consultation, our artist considers your natural growth pattern, the amount of hair you have, your facial proportions, and how much daily styling you want to do.

Your brow design may be customized as:

  • Soft and natural, with gentle direction and a clean finish.

  • Full and fluffy, with more lift through the front and body of the brow.

  • Structured and defined, with a polished arch and sharper outline.

  • Balanced and corrective, helping uneven growth patterns look more symmetrical.

Who Is Brow Lamination Best For?

Brow lamination can be a great choice for clients who have enough natural brow hair but want it to look fuller, smoother, or easier to control. It is especially useful for:

  • Coarse or unruly brow hairs that grow in several directions.

  • Brows that sit flat and need more lift or visible shape.

  • Sparse-looking areas that can gain coverage when existing hairs are redirected.

  • Clients who like a fluffy or soap-brow style without applying strong-hold gel every morning.

  • Anyone who wants a temporary brow enhancement without committing to permanent makeup.

Because brow lamination works with the hairs you already have, it does not create new hair where none exists. Tinting and precise shaping can add definition, while the lamination helps maximize the appearance and placement of your natural brows.

What Is Included at A+ iLash Studio?

Our $100 Brow Lamination service includes lamination, brow shaping, and tint. Combining all three creates a more complete result: lamination controls direction, shaping refines the outline, and tint adds depth and definition.

The tint shade is selected to complement your natural brow color and overall look. It can be kept soft for a natural finish or made slightly deeper for more visible definition. We do not use one standard shade or one standard brow map for every client.

What Happens During the Appointment?

  1. Consultation and assessment: We review your brow growth, density, symmetry, skin condition, and desired style.

  2. Lamination: Professional solutions are applied in controlled steps so the brow hairs can be repositioned.

  3. Brow design: The hairs are directed into a customized shape rather than being forced into one universal pattern.

  4. Setting: The new direction is set and checked for balance between both brows.

  5. Shaping and tint: The outline is refined and a customized tint is added for definition.

  6. Finishing care: The brows are brushed into place and aftercare instructions are reviewed.

How Long Does Brow Lamination Last?

Brow lamination results typically last about 4–6 weeks. Natural hair growth, skin type, daily skincare, and aftercare can influence how long the brows stay lifted and organized. Most clients enjoy easier daily styling throughout this period and can simply brush the brows into place with a clean spoolie.

When the effect gradually relaxes, the brow hairs return toward their natural growth direction. Your artist can recommend an appropriate time for your next appointment based on the condition and growth cycle of your brow hairs.

Brow Lamination Aftercare

The first 24 hours are the most important for protecting the freshly set shape.

  • Keep the brows dry for the first 24 hours and avoid steam, saunas, and heavy sweating.

  • Do not rub, press, or sleep directly on the brow area during the setting period.

  • Avoid makeup, oils, strong skincare, and exfoliating products directly on the brows for 24 hours.

  • After the first day, gently brush the brows into place with a clean spoolie.

  • Use a light brow-conditioning serum or oil as recommended to help keep the hairs soft.

Brow Lamination vs. Shaping and Tint

Brow shaping removes unwanted hair and refines the outline. Brow tint deepens the color of the brow hairs for better visibility and definition. Brow lamination changes the direction and placement of the hairs, helping the brow look smoother and fuller.

If you mainly want a cleaner outline or deeper color, shaping and tint may be enough. If your hairs grow downward, overlap, look flat, or are difficult to style, lamination provides the added direction control. At A+ iLash Studio, lamination already includes shaping and tint, so the three elements work together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my brows have to stand straight up?

No. A straight-up fluffy style is only one option. We can create a softer, angled direction or a cleaner defined shape based on your features and preference.

Can brow lamination help sparse brows?

It can make sparse-looking areas appear fuller by spreading and redirecting the natural hairs you already have. Tint can also improve definition, but lamination does not create new brow hairs.

Is tint included?

Yes. A+ iLash Studio’s $100 Brow Lamination service includes shaping and tint.

How often should I book brow lamination?

Results typically last 6-8 weeks. Your artist will check the condition and growth of your brow hairs before recommending the next lamination appointment.
